It absolutely depends on your discipline, and hooking up contacts is part of what you are meant to do in college. You need to dtart applying for jobs at least 6 months before graduating, get profs to be references and ask *them* this sort of stuff. Just getting the degree and them wondering about findi9ng work is a recopie for unemployment and the longer you stay unemployed the harder it is to get a job. |
