Living in San Diego and watching the Chargers this season, I can say that a new coach makes a huge difference! Hopefully the new coach will adhere to a similar coaching philosophy, style of play, and play book. Otherwise, next season won't be pretty (at least in the beginning).

I like traditional coaching in terms of playing within a style that facilitates winning play- a lot of what WVU has done this season has been really big plays- so maybe a traditional coach would shorten those long runs and lengthen the passing attack. I dunno, either way we're set for a hell of a season with our new recruits.

Rich has just influenced our guys to go and play harder against Oklahoma which will help lead us to a victory!

Since none of us were inside this program, we don't have a feel for the mind-set that Coach Rod's departure may have created. It could go either way. The bottom line is that they have to be ready to play Oklahoma. The last thing we need after that humiliating loss to Pitt, is to get blown out on National TV in a BCS Bowl
