 WVU wins in first Big East playoff game The Mountaineers won over Providence today. I was outside working on my vehicle and the weather was really nice to listen to today's game in Fairmont today. As I was driving over to my Dad's house to use one of his tools I heard on 94.7 that Joe Alexander was sent to the free throw line, and secured the WVU victory. Earlier in the game he had a 1&1 and made both of the free throws. He has been scoring a lot of points in these last few games, and I hope he stays consistent. His Dad must be really proud. With that being said, the Mountaineers go on to face the Connecticut Huskies (#15) tomorrow at 2:30pm. You should be able to listen to the game on 94.3 WRLF. Lets Go Mountaineers!  |
