 DUI of Fatigue
Hello ,
Ok. Everyone knows about DUIs correct? Driving under the influence. Illegal. Blah. First thing you think about is driving under the influence of alcohol... but ever heard of getting pulled over and cited for driving under the influence of fatigue?
Apparently that's what my friend was charged with... it went under the dui category... I thought that was kind of interesting... has anyone else ever heard of this?
