I completely agree, and therein lies the negligence. No matter how hard it is to make the decision whether or not you are fit to drive, that IS your decision. No one else will make it for you unless it is plainly clear that you are unfit and they happen to see that. So if you make that decision incorrectly, you are neglecting the safety of others. |
