Default Sleepy driving

I found a thread from another forum that talks about this. Apparently the forum is an "Ask a cop" one where cops field questions. From what I can gather new legislation is being considered to criminalize sleepy driving, for instance in Arizona you CAN be pulled over for sleepy driving although it varies from state to state. I really don't think this is too bad of a law since lots of people crash while driving when they are too tired. Anyway, check out the "Ask a cop" forum and see what you think.
