Default Snow in Fairmont

Theres been hardly any snow so far this year in Fairmont, West Virginia, although we had a few flurries. There has been no accumulation thus far this year. I suppose the same goes for Morgantown.

I am a student studying abroad living with my parents who moved to the States a couple years ago. I usually live in Canada with my grandparents and they say the snow is really deep. My grandma said that the lake froze completely already.
