 Wvu #2! Nice!! -- In the 67 years that Street and Smith's has been printing a yearly preseason college football magazine, the West Virginia University football was never rated No. 2, until this year. The Mountaineers were selected as the second best team in the country, marking the highest ranking ever by the publication. USC was No. 1 followed by WVU. Wisconsin, LSU, Michigan, Florida, Oklahoma, Texas, Virginia Tech and Louisville round out the top 10. Gotta punish Rutgers and Louisville this year! Go eers!
