Default Bowl Mania???

Why do I watch this crap? the talking heads on ESPN just said that WVU doesn't have a snowmans chance in hell to beat the Sooners and they completely bypassed the Bama/CU game. Maybe I'm bias but I just don't see the same OU team that everyone else is.........did we forget the Colorado and Texas Tech games?

On offense OU has threats but Stoops is a conservative style coach who is happy running the "safe plays" and rarely puts a lot of faith in his players to make plays. This conservative style of coaching has won him some serious nay-sayers in the past couple of years. OU does have a very good QB in Sam Bradford(216-308....2879 yards....34 TDs 7 INTS) but Stoops relys on his stable of running backs who together have racked up over 2,000 yards.

OU's D is their weakness. Many ppl look at their stats and think they're decent but the fact is the Big 12 offenses are slow and very elementary. The only offense that they faced with complexity was Texas Tech and here is the stats from that game...
TTU racked up over 400 yrds in the air and 500 yards of total offense with 25 firstdowns.

My prediction is 31-10 WVU

Default Thanks

I figured the were traditional in their style, but if their defense is weak we should be able to blow them off the field. Even though WVU got beat by Pitt we still held them to 13 points in a game where we weren't on our offense as well as we could have been.

I think we need the ballsy Rich Rod to show up; we cant be pulling the dummy plays we've been known to pull this season -- Gotta play hard, strike fast, and not let up (think Sugar Bowl)

We're the underdogs, but we're used to being the underdogs.

Default Ballsy Rich Rod

Rich Rod is always ballsy- He gives free reign to his players to make the big plays!

We are going to blow that defense off the field like a porshe vs. a dodge shadow. Just you wait.
