| Hell yes its a psychological hit. Anytime a coach/leader of a team leaves for something else it's gonna have some type of psyhological effect. |

| Pride I actually think this may bolster some more pride amongst our fan base since not a lot of people cheer for a team's coach- they cheer for the players, and they are pretty much the only ones that are going to be able to win the Fiesta Bowl for our state. People will be more inclined to watch too since the game is bound to have something exciting going on. |

| Maybe Rich Rod will be in the stands cheering for Oklahoma. Make sure we all watch the Michigan bowl he might be in the stands there too.

| Talent when it comes down to it though the players are the ones who make the plays, so even with Pat White and Slaton leaving I doubt a new coach is going to hurt us that much. Our guys just have too much talent- and they can play from any offensive style. |
