| Dont forget Greg Isdaner, WVU Guard, on the offensive team. Too bad none of our boys ended up on the Defensive Team...I wouldve liked to have seen Owen on there somewhere

Agree to disagree. He is projected to be a second round NFL pick. Now with that said, i agree he does not have "the skills that kill". Let's put him on the "All Psycho" team!!

Where did you find the information regarding this? I seriously doubt that Owen gets picked in the second round, because while he's monstrous for a college recruit, he hasn't put up 2nd round draft statistics. Don't get me wrong, I think he was great as a WVU fullback- but I also think that he's largely untested. There has been so many players enter the NFL and fizzle out and I think that if he's going the NFL teams will probably pay more attention to things like yardage, which Owen does not possess a great amount of. Simply put, fullbacks don't usually enter the second round. Teams usually reserve their first picks for more valuable positions, like QB or RB or WR. Last edited by Ziggy : 01-13-2008 at 05:03 AM.

He's being looked at for his overall versitility. Possibly at TE, and FB. 4.6 isn't too shabby for a 260 pound man. Alot of teams could use that right now.

I try and be reasonable and consider everybodies opinions BUT there was no angle I could take in helping you make your opinion correct. Owen is actually one of our best players. ![]()

I don't. WAIT until they see him at the NFL combine. The numbers he puts up there.

Sorry, they now have him as a Fourth or Fifth rounder. That will change, after the combines. Dude is amazing. I'm not a biased(well yes i am) Mountaineer fan, but everyone on every sports shows says he will be playing on Sundays!
