Default Rodriguez case coming back to WVA

I just read an article by the associated press that explains that even though Rich argues that he was a resident of Michigan at the time the case was filed, that the WVA circuit court is going to hear the case. Evidently Federal courts decided that this was a state and not a Federal matter.

In the video clip they had he was crying about his kids, saying that "No kids should have to go through that" in relation to the death threats his family recieved.

I know you guys are probably tired of this, but for as much money as WVU paid him, he really should just give WVU the money he owes them and be done with it. If he is too big of a man to not honor his contract then he should be put to court. Nothing will scare the death threaters off more than having him ousted officially from this state and our collective minds.

This reminds me of Coach Hayden fox and his complaining to his wife.
