Cool-since it's alittle hard to find all the Japanese openings (maybe I haven't looked hard enough) but it's coll (I have the 3rd one on DVD) The song is great!

Hey, so was I. What a time to be a kid in Philly, eh? Pete Rose, The Tugger, J. Vukovich and Mike Schmidt took the Phillies to the world series and won. We used to get together religeously at my house to watch Starblazers and play street hockey after.

I wasn in 3rd grade when they first started airing them in Philadelphia. It still is one of the greatest anime ever. And the stoyr/plot and characters were years ahead of its time. Yamato Forever!!

Yeah, I was in elementary school 30 years ago in Japan and I made sure I was home to watch Yamato. My child loves it now, too.^^ The music is stunning.
