i know! i saw them at MSG a few months back. stevie played guitar for 5 or 6 songs, but the other 20 something, he was behind the synth and the keyboard.

I work for the PBS music show "Austin City Limits", and did a 1995 tribute show to Stevie Ray Vaughan in which Clapton played. I spoke with Mr. Clapton at the rehearsal about a lot of subjects, including Blind Faith and Cream. His said he played acoustic or electric based on what he thought suited the song. The lady in Sydney didn't ask about "Can't Find My Way Home." What Clapton said was about his GENERAL preference after Cream. I could care less about owning a dumb fuck like you!

I went to a 300 person gig at the Sydney Opera House about 6 years ago, were half-way through the show was a QA. People were picked from the audience to ask Clapton any question about his musical career, and one lady asked "Do you prefer electric or acoustic sets better?". And in his reply he clearly stated that he used an acoustic guitar because he was tired of long solos and electric guitars in Cream. Don't try to own anyone else on youtube dougalmac54 because you're just a general fuck.

Nonsense. Clapton played acoustic on the studio version because that was the right instrument to record the original track. Where do you get such nonsense? Silly person!
