EQ. You can use EQ to limit the frequency range of the music that comes through.

I make MPC beats, and can hear all the samples that comprise "Award Tour", but always wonder with this track... How in the heck did they sample it? The drums don't drop out for the Rhodes samples that make up the bassline of Tribe's beat!!! Amazing!!! Thanks zedek3147!

Tribe was my favorite Hip Hop Band of all time. Just in front of EPMD and Gangstarr. Oops can't forget Freestyle Fellowship and ATU.
