Yes. You will never be able to forgive others until you forgive yourself. If you are capable of first accepting yourself and your mistakes and still loving who you are, then you will accept others, and their mistakes, and still love who they are. I searched forgiveness on Youtube because of a problem in a relationship of mine and it's safe to say this video has helped me cope. Thank you for putting this video up.

sometimes it's not easy to forgive someone who hurts you so deep and gave you wounds that infected your whole being, but in this life, i've learned to forgive myself first before anyone.i completely forgive and accept myself for who i was and who i became after all those past and now i'm here today,it's a "gift" coz we call today "present" past is past,it will only remind how i been in life, but i much more value my present than past and tomorrow is still a mystery that i will discover and enter.

That's BS, do you go to church on Sunday so that you will be forgiven for what you do to others the rest of the week. I know of plenty of people who do just that, and they don't deserve forgivness either.

when you realize we are all part of god, and we are here to learn and teach, then you will learn to foregive, if you condemn someone, so you to shall be condemned, love and foregive unconditionally, it may take some getting used to but that's why we are here, namaste
