I think Dixon's success might have been more statistically pronounced if Colvin and Paysinger hadn't each sustained a season-ending injury so early on. And his completion % had less to do with him (he was a genius at putting the ball where it needed to go, better than Tebow for sure) and more to do with undependable (Jones) or inexperienced (Crenshaw, Davis) people receiving the ball.
