vote third party not the democrats not the republicans third party first priority is stop our medling in forien afairs and bring our troops home research the other candidates and see for your self there are more than two candidates you know and they the others actualy make sence at the very least look at the others before you waste your vote on the lesser of two evils change will only come when we all agree change is needed if we speak with one voice we will be heard

The US government is too arrogant to think that they can get away with all of the illegal invasions and empire building. They assume that the US military will be greeted ilberators everywhere. Imagine if, say, China did that to America: "Oh hi, we're invading you guys, don't worry, we're here to make you free." I swear, one day, the world will get sick and tired of it. And I fear that an attack on US soil might be one of the consequenses.

"we are following the path of every empire". Nothing is more true than that. Right now, USA is new USSR. Many leaders DO believe that they do the right thing and that it is the US "international duty" to "spread democracy". Back in USSR, people indeed believed that the war in Afghanistan was waged for the Afghani people and that USSR owes them to stay in there. An interesting detail: USSR lost about 10000 soldiers in 10 years. USA lost 4000 in 4 years in Iraq. 1000 per year...

Not one candidate has stated they would leave Iraq? I believe Ron Paul has stated exactly that. I will be voting for him out of principle. We will not leave Iraq until the dollar collapses. Yes, we are that dumb. I've seen far too many people that just don't get it.

Sadly that songs sort'of fits in todays era just replace Krag with M16A4. True for that war, it's usually overshadowed with the events WWII.
