Water engine system is perfect. 1. It saves money 2. It helps to keep ecology clean. 3. It gives more energy. 4. It is not explosive, so it can save life. 5. It is just better than gas. I have full instructions on how to convert any car to run on water.

I agree, This is easily the most ignorant reporting in the history of journalism. The guy has "discovered" electrolysis 200 years after science, he recombines Hydrogen + Oxygen to create flame that "cool to touch" I wonder why they did not show the actual touch! I cant believe the morons who commented in amazement, this is not amazing its BASIC science a 12 year old knows it. How the hell did america put a man on the moon with a population that thinks this is newsworthy!

there was already a patent for the circuit to crack water at much less energy then would be needed with straight DC, and it has expired and is in the public domain now. i believe you're allowed to build your own machines even if patented, as long as it's for personal use
