As a Law major. To answer the question the the first Amendment of the U.S Constitution does not grant absolute privilege to speak whenever and wherever one pleases. The reality is he is in a public setting and is a guest. He does not have the right to disrupt the individuals around him. (Public disturbance)

yeah i've seen one cop handcuff a resisting person without using a taser, and they had 6 people. no matter how much he was resisting it simply wasn't lawful or necessary, end of discussion. and whoever said that cops have to be tasered before they can use it is terribly terribly misinformed, or just spewing shit to make a point on youtube. (i love how everyone commenting are people who enjoy bending over for the long black dick of the law. enjoy it bitches, ill ask whatever questions i want)

The big question is, why did no one stand up for there rights while this innocent citizen was unlawfully detained, tazed, then arrested for simply asking questions? No matter what he asked... And why senator Kerry did you allow this to happen right in front of your eye's? Another puppet I see... Shame on everyone in that auditorium for not standing up for that one guy who seeks answers... We must close the divisions of our country, and help each other! Think the government is on your side?

agreed, the police knew exactly what was going to happen once they started grabbing at him. they didnt need to, they shud of used words first then force, but any way, he was told not to ask any real questions, i dont know why they dont just give the people question cards, when if some one asks a question they want anwsered is going to get denied?? or screen the folks first. Its amazing also that sum people think brutality and other think he got what he deserved, thats the beauty of individuality

I agree with you Anglichanen, he is just another example of an average American citizen who would just not listen and follow through his own actions. ALl the cops wanted him to do was just to stop resisting, in fact, they gave him more chances than anyone I have ever seen resisting. Point being, he deserved it and I as an American loved it!
