There is no such thing as "moderate muslims", nor is there a "radical Islam." The people being called terrorists are simply following the Quran, Hadith, and Sira and the life of Muhammad who spent his entire career waging bloody slaughter, raids, raping, plundering and taking slaves. This is what Islam IS. The sugar coated "religion of peace" version was created for western consumption and is a lie. Only ex muslims will tell you the truth about Islam.

the Holy Prophet (P.B.U.H) was known to be truthful way before he started preaching Islam
because of his ethical conduct in trade
plus there are thousands of examples which signify his great character
many non-Muslims also agree with this point

there are many verses in the Quran which are written as if the Holy Prophet spoke it
but it was just to signify it as a msg
and this swear one verse is amongst them
why someone wants to convert to another religion?
because he/she sees somethings familiar and somethings better
worshipers of the Sun, Moon etc. saw it familiar with their religion
and saw many things better when they tried to find more about it
and thus they converted into Muslims

its what we recite (obligatory, it has its own significance and religious background)

we believe that ALLAH created everything
which includes time space
than ALLAH must be beyond time space
so His words in the Holy Quran are also beyond time space
while we (humans) cannot think beyond time space
therefore we try to interpret
we interpret it positively
while you have interpreted it in a negative sense
no one can be sure that he/she is right

Once again it is Mohammed and NOT God. He is unable to disguise his pagan heritage. He swears again in the name of the Sun and Moon, both of which were considered as holy deities by pre-Islamic Arabs.
