The equivalent quality Casinos today are called Eiphone Casino Elitists and typically list for $2500, but can be had for as little as $1500 through mail order. They are VERY nice guitars and sound like pure heaven through a Vox AC30.

Epiphone Casinos, of the type John uses here, are EXTREMELY nice guitars. I have a modern one of similar quality (Epiphone Casino Elitist) and it lists for $2500. Combine that with a Vox AC30.. pure sonic heaven.

i mean yeah i know, epiphones are top notch guitars dont get me wrong, you would just think a musical genius would prefer a higher quality brand, ya know what im sayin?

because epiphones aren't just cheap gibsons they're a branch of gibson so they have different quality. hope that helped :)
