Download the client, select your broadband connection, press "use selected settings". Torrent site: http://www.thepiratebay.org The legal way: Download Frostwire: http://www.frostwire.com/ People may tell you that you get less results or slower downloads in Frostwire than Limewire or Limewire Pro, I find this not to be true because they are the same thing! They browse the same network! Frostwire is just an earlier version of Limewire Pro!
