not odd at all. In Kabutops, Def > SpDef, so Download exploits the weaker defense, raising SpAtk

did anybody notice, porygon-z's ability download raises its stat on whatever t he opponent's best stat is, and on kabutops, its sp. atk got raised. anybody find this odd?
