according to some macrobiotic diet experts, regiment 7 can prevent and cure cancer. george ohsawa was a famous person who tried to influenced people to smoke if they were taking regiment 7. they x rayed george's lungs and they were cleaner than a nonsmoker even after many years of smoking! =)

Actually shouldnt you rather stop drinking and smoking?
It is pointless to heal your lungs with the healing sound if youre to smoke and drinking heavy again... as it will reappear probably very soon again. You should envision changing your way of life too while your at it. The healing sounds will only work better
