Amazing, this is the oldest clip I've seen of TD. I wonder if Edgar Froese's seen it? He'd probably laugh his head off. It sounds as if he's still learning to play the guitar! Most of the audience look as if they've OD'd on LSD. Let's hope that the London Forum concert on 1st Nov this year is a little more musical. See you there!

Around 3:57 it looks for all the world like the bassist is having a hand shandy, just because of his movements and facial expression. Same thing at around 4:40. Feckin' hilarious!

Great clip of TD before their first album. Drummer Klaus Schulze was just 2 years away from starting his electronic music career. The location is the courtyard of the bombed-out Bayernhof Restaurant at Potsdamer Platz, Berlin - the Hyatt Hotel stands there today). When the ruins were cleared away c.1972, the ornamental structure the band is standing on (St. George's Fountain), was re-erected in another part of the city (Hindemithplatz) where it stands today.
