It has a keyboard that is only there if you want it to be. it is THE BESt and most supicicated touch keypad there is IN YOUR FACE BIG-HEAD!

Another thing, listen to what ballmer says at the first of the video - "$500? Fully subsidized with a plan?". That is ridiculous. One of the best ways to see if something is a fad/trend is to look at the price. The iPhone doesn't possess anything that is really expensive to make. However, it does have a cool-hip sales pitch and they know people will pay top dollar to be in with the latest fad. Proof enough to show it's greatest attribute is it's coolness, not it's tech.
Philldapill85 (September 5, 2008 at 3:58 am)
If I were interested in the cool factor, I'd be paying $500 for a phone that plays music, has some cool visual effects, and cute programs that are neat for wasting time. The technology hasn't been implemented in any new groudbreaking way, unless you count the technology that went into the advertising, then yes, Apple is truly groundbreaking. Otherwise, you have billions of transistors compiled together to form an artificial penis for people with low self-esteem/small dicks.

That's not what I said. I said it is *not* for people who are interested in whether or not others think of them as fanboys. So it's not for you, because you seem to be very concerned about that. That the iPhone uses old technology is not relevant to how groundbreaking it is -- the way the technology has been *implemented* is groundbreaking. You'll never see this with iPhone or any other such product because you're only interested in the "cool" factor. iPhone is brilliant *and* cool.
