Most of us have never been in that position, because we know how to behave in a library. If I was put in that position, I would stand up when the officer asked. Pretty simple.

Yes there is someting you can do. You can gather people that believe that chaos is the way to learn, and use your OWN money to start your OWN university. No rules. No security guards. (You might want to hire one guard just for show, but don't give him any authority or tools to work with.)

Yes there is. You can find a university that will take your tuition money and fees, then do nothing to create conditions so you can learn in peace. You will be "free" to disturb your fellow students, and they are "free" to disturb you.

Everyone for themselves will ultimately lead to fascism.When people are unable to be sympathetic to another Human beeing, it clearly shows the unhumanized society you (and therefore we) are creating. I've seen Taser webpage, and it is EVIL. In my opinion they are developing torture and violent mass-control devices. They are also developing a robot to do the tasing job...And what's worst we all are paying for it. P.S.(Sorry for my english, it's not my native language)
