Theres a great deal on Amazon which gives four tae bo DVDS in a set for £9.00! They are amazing, and have cardio workouts and then an abs and gluts one! My stomach is flatter after three days! THANKYOU BILLY!

Thanks for posting this. I travel alot for work and bring my cardio DVD to play on my laptop to workout in my hotel room My DVD didn't work today. I found this workout here posted and was able to workout afterall.

I've been doing this for 2 months and watching calories, I've lost 24 pounds. It's awesome. I swear by it. I really only do it a couple times a week but my hubby notices a considerable difference.

Is Tae Bo dangerous? I've heard some reviews saying that it is bad for the joints. I've been doing this for almost two weeks now and I have felt no pain in any joint areas (only the pain in my muscles while doing the exercise). I'm really enjoying this and hoping to buy a real tape once I get this one down pretty well (some of the exercises are really difficult to follow as they do them so quickly).
