It's a different song lyric-wise, but most other things are pretty much the same. It's just a poor copy. I wind up my 'Hoosiers fans' friends by singing the Mr Blue Sky lyrics over GMA and they fit more or less perfectly. Interestingly, most of them are too young to have even heard of ELO.

yeah, but the beat to it is pretty much exactly the same. and i think (i aint heard much of the hoosiers one) some of the lyrics are pretty similiar.
