I love that law. Dogs should have tails. America needs to catch up to all the UK and Australia and pass this law. Then people will not be surprised to hear that docked dogs are not allowed in competition, because all dogs will have tails as they deserve!

Wins at a competition where some teams are banned shouldn't be as satisfying to the winners because they didn't meet all competition head on.
