The flag is southern pride, a pride of ones state. The confederat flag has nothing to do with slavery. The civil war was not a war to free slaves but a war to maintain a states power over the government of the United States. That is what the flag represents, a unity of a belief that a state should decide the laws that it must enforce and not the centralization of a country that could end up like a monarchy. Slavery has nothing to do with it at all. Learn your damn history. Look it up.

From what I read, Ronnie met him when LS played the same venue as the Clock. He later called him up when Ed got fed up with the Torture Tour and quit. Ronnie was evidently hard to live with when he was drinking.
