it actually is not to hard to get cut fast. Your goal should be 1% bodyfat a week so 2 and a half pounds just pump iron intense make sure your sweating the whole time then do 45 mins hard cardio (if you aint driping sweat and soaking it was not hard enough) and you will get lean fast. and eat clean lots of lean meats and veggies no crap.

if i read it carefully...actors from movie 300 had a many varieties of execrcises for they'r day rutine. one day in month they had a test for measuring they'r strength - "300 workout"...nether or less, good video...

no he doesn't neglect legs. he actually alternates between upper body and legs in all of his workouts so you odn't get to work much.
