during rush hour it's faster than buses or driving and it's more reliable than most systems of similar vintage.
more than 50% of its O&M costs are covered through fares (very few public transit systems achieve >25% coverage).

It is cool that WVU had the foresight to invest in futuristic transit, but their system is now decades old technology. The Heathrow system will be much better. But even more promising systems are out there! Google Vectus PRT or SkyWeb Express to see what the engineers and researchers are able to do today.
