First of all, it's a .223 or 5.56mm round. There is not a lot of kick like you get from big M-14 bullets which are 7.62x51. It's also part of the reason our military switched to this round and rifle. Soldiers can carry more ammunition as it's lighter and there is less recoil meaning you can get many more repeat shots on target. Also he has good stance, is buff, and the vertical grip on the handguard helps a lot with full-auto too.

Good point. However, on the last mag dump (the only one you can get a good view of) the bolt doesn't lock back. Perhaps a beta mag's follower isn't exactly the same as a normal 10-40 round follower and won't make the bolt catch when it's been emptied. Also maybe that's why he's racking the charging handle every time.

He's not a soldier. Vast majority of our military are issued 30 round mags for their M16/M4, and they are trained to aim for every shot. Hell, they're told not to fire full auto at all. Short bursts, burst setting (if available, depends on your weapon) or semi. This guy was testing a company's gun. That's why he put 300 rounds out of C-mags.

take it easy dude. its obvious that for one reason or another the bolt carrier group isnt stay locked back after the last shot. so, he has to pull the charging handle because the bolt isnt back TO be released. this guy has a lot of experience. if u notice, he accidentally tried to fire without taking it off safe. when he did that he didnt lean forward anticipating the shot. thats a sign of nothing else but training. 99% of everyone will lean into the firearm when they think its going to fire.
