The vid shows the girl hallucinating about pierre, hence, everyone she sees looking exactly like him. They just broke up, which is why she tries calling him at the end, because he's gone, and she misses him, and thoughts of him are running through her mind of him telling her that she'll miss him when he's gone. Throughout the vid she is experiencing that.
