This car's technology is rubbish. Anyone who knows anything about thermodynamics knows that if the fuel and the exhaust are the same then that means it takes more energy to create the fuel (hydrogen) than the amount of energy you can get out of using it becuase there are always going to be some energy (entropic) losses during the process of forming and then using it. No "fuel," fossil or otherwise is ever going to be a long term solution to the world's energy needs.

I'm no expert, but consider myself a bit of a chemist. H2 is wayyy to unstable to be a fuel at the moment. Until there's a safe way to store H2, I wouldn't wanna drive one of these!

VERY MISLEADING to call it a water car!!!
It is a hydrogen fuel cell car. The water is the exhaust, not the fuel.
If went around calling my car a carbon dioxide car they would call me mad!

with the top body removable so easily, GM really could have designed the body to make it look really cool, so you can drive in style after dropping 5 mil on a car.

Not to mention water is composed of Hydrogen and Oxygen which are the two most abundant elements in the universe (If you exclude Helium)

These auto makers sicken me, they for years want to show us what they are capable of doing, but never seem to actually make them available, it's a slap in the face...pricks! |
