I didn't criticised the fact that the UK paid most of the contese, I was just criticising the fact that you use the UK being in the final as an argument to prove the superiority of UK songs, when the UK is ALWAYS on the final, regardless of the song. and you know why because the u.k pays 40% of the cost to stage the show, and without uk the contest would be dead and buried, who hosted it and paid for it in 1960 netherlands couldnt afford to host,1963 france couldnt afford to host.1972, monaco couldnt find a venue and 1974 luxembourg couldnt afford to host the u.k paid for and hosted all those shows yet you seems to forget that and the fact that rte begged for financial help from the u.k when it became to expensive after your run of wins
