Ok.. I got the feeling like listening to a song which sounds like... broken(?) But oh well.. everyone knows that Christina is a great singer so might as well let her do her own thing :)

i love christina and i think she's very talented, but i prefer etta james singing this song more. i think she may have over done some of the riffs a bit

sometimes i feel that her, mariah carey & jessica simpson go over board with all that extra dragged on voices. But sometimes it's real nice. out of all 3 of them christina A.can actually get away with it and smooth it out. loved the performance as usuall christina delivers

think the reason singers, not just christina, do things like that is to add a signature so that people can not mistake who they are listening to. There are a lot of people who try to sound like singers they listen to/and love so artists have to have signatures no one else can do. Like super models signature walks or painters having to add a signature to their paintings.
