I guess she has since paid less than half. She originally stiffed them on 55 thousand dollars, and IU released a press statements saying that it was going to have to tap into reserves and since it's state run it would be taking from the students. After that she paid 20 thousand of it. Barrack paid 108k immediately. I tried pasting links on here for you about the stuff i am talking about but it never posted. can you message me directly?

jophus, believe me, I want Obama to win. But never underestimate one's opponent. McCain has been around for a long time, and most of Prez Bush's elelction crew, including Karl Rove are with his campaign. Obama has a sizeable lead, but he has to keep it that way. I'm a former Republican, myself and i still listen to right-wing talk radio. Believe me that they will throw everything at him. Obama cannot afford to make mistakes.

About the money. Obama forced her to spend more. Its not that she spent more either. She just had less. In Bloomington at IU, Obama hired Dave Mathews Band to play DURING the Hillary rally and gave the tix away for free. So no one went, plus his own expenses. Hillary spent millions at IU and ditched the bill. She literally cut and run, stealing money from students. If he did that he would have been toast from tons of negative PR, but it was barely mentioned that she DID do that.

Seriously? U think McCain is competition? I admit that they have been getting sloppy the past week or so, but I still think unless something MAJOR happens that we already have our next president. Our country needs to bleed blue for a while.

Well I never knew they were calling you corrupt! That's rough! I heard about your county because they said that it was all down to you guys, and that Obama was heavily favored to win and might have been able squeeze a win in Indiana.

We are in a Chicago affiliate. I don't think that's why he didn't campaign here. Gary is like an 85% black community, I think they were counting on that. I don't know why he had that giant rally at IU (on the daily show). He has the college vote. Yes you heard about us on tv, bc our votes didn't come in till after midnight it was so close. It literally came down to our county and we made sure our count was right even though national news was pressuring us for hours calling us corrupt.
