The girl screaming, that's an urban legend. It was just the lead singer inward screaming.

Lol, I'd never heard of this silly rumor. It doesn't even sound like an actual scream...I guess those who buy it are not guitarists and have no idea what sort of sounds they can produce with enough coaxing.

The girl on the album cover was injured badly during the making of the cover. During the recording of the song, she went over to tell the company she was going to sue. So the owner murdered her right then and there and she screamed during the songs recording. I think they did their best to cover it up, or they kept it in as a "Tribute"
