no, it's not normal to take it out without an "okay" from the lady, I guess I was really wondering why she made a fuss, because in other episodes she stated to George and Jerry, I don't know how you walk around with those things. and another time when the topic was circumsision she said she prefered them "with" heads (visible), so it's not an unusual topic for her. How do the censors let them get away with it? Another time she talked about faking orgasms with Jerry.

at 6:51 Elaine makes a big deal when her date "takes it out" in the car, but in every other episode that doesn't seem to be a big deal, what gives????
