1# have meals like atleast the standard 3 meals a day and throw in some snacks try not to have real unhealthy snacks soem sugar is good every now and then jsut alot is bad for you, 2#your muscles grow and strengthen when your body is shut down in toher words when your sleeping so if your working out make sure you get atleast 8 hrs of rest if you get muscle pain or torn muscle have a show with bout 1-2 mins cold water then 1-2 minutes hot water it should heal the damaged muscles your welcome.

sit ups improve faster then crunchies form ym experiences vrunches are just easier

i do 100 push ups a day and 100 crunches a day i think thats a good work out 50 of both in morning 50 in day and my srtength has really improved i now have a six pack , and if anyone has any comments then do so. Also are crunches better than sit ups.

I think it should be said that, as with any heavy weights, doing the weighted crunches will add mass instead of toning. Sure, some people want that, but for those that don't it probably should be said. If you just want toned abs, use smaller weights.
