...and as far as any other band today being a huge influence,I seriously doubt it,unless they learn to friggin fly around the stage or morph into something...the history of rock goes like this-Elvis in the 50's,then Beatles in 60's,then KISS in 70's-who came after that is a toss up...Metallica? Motley Crue? Bon Jovi?-too many bands for one to stand out and be remembered-KISS is and always will be ICONS OF ROCK 'N ROLL...nuff said

I agree with you KLEHMAN,if it wasnt for KISS paving the way bands like Metallica wouldnt be half as famous. I was around during the 70's and everyone young and old worldwide knew who KISS were...if it werent for MTV I doubt it if anyone would really know who Metallica is...KISS however,35+ years are still known worldwide,just ask anyone and they will say 'Oh yeah,the guys in the makeup' see if in 35' yrs Metallica has an army of generations of fans...I seriously doubt it

At 2:42 the "explosion" effect doesn't go off on Ace's amplifiers, ...always thought that blooper was funny!

Dude, i love kiss, but Kiss doesn't have half of metallica's talent. I love 'em both, but KISS will never be METALLICA
