He sucked his nation dry and left them pay debts he gained, while he and his clique lived the life of luxury. He laid numerous fascinating architural achievements to dust just to raise numbers of lifless flats for his workers... His "monument", the People's palace still requires small fortune for maintainace... I dunno, but whoever find this person fascinating, should really question his sanity
