Awesome emulation running at full speed and resolution. It's really hard to tell the diff between GBA and NDS from SNES games apart sometimes. If you like this video, check out other gp2x ones here: http://www.youtube.com/view_pl...

15fps isn't far off full speed for starfox. the framerate is jerky on an actual snes right up until your ship explodes where you get the odd bit of smooth. It got even worse with loads on the screen

I love the SmartJoy. I bought two of them so that I can play the head to head games. I'm using ZSNES as well, and you can't tell that you're not playing on a genuine SNES. The games play perfectly on my rig. They even play perfectly on my laptop, so it's like having a portable game system with all the emulators I have. I would have LOVED to have had this kind of setup when I was a kid. Super Punch Out on a 92" 1080p projection screen!??! I'd have lost my mind!

How about you get ZSNES for your PC, and connect your PC to your TV and get a SmartJoy Snes Adapter? (Allows you to plug your snes controller into the pc via usb adaption)? That's much better (And it's what I'm doing) Or you can just buy the console and the games.

i think its called snes9xtyl or something. you have to remove sound, and 333mhz overclock. also, try to upgrade to 3.90m33, it offers 1.5 kernel support and you can have access to the 3.xx kernel homebrew.

Which emulator and of what version are you using to get full speed Starfox? I get like 15 frames with the one I'm using on my 1.5 PSP. I'd really appreciate a reply, thanks.

What are you talking about? Even if PSP had a 4:3 aspect ratio screen instead of a 16:9 (which is standard widescreen for TVs) you'd still get fuzzy graphics from having to upscale. Ghosting is still a problem though.

okay?

with the new snes emulator on the psp i can run the original starfox at full speed with just the sound turned off, any nes and sega game full speed, playstation 1 console quality, and the old atari vectrex and commodore 64 emulators. I personally own a ds and the only thing that i want from it to my psp is the ti-83 calc emu
