actually, im a highschool football receiver and it does help to find the weakness in a coverage, for example a seam route at wingback vs cover 2 shud be ran differently than a seam route vs cover 3, it helps to b smart n kno how ppl line up in certain coverages

this is ur worst video. the key thing is ti change directions sharply, no banana shaped turns. if i do it right u ll get a nice advantage over the cb. if u have a quick slant u dont have time to run in the opposite direction and then comeback, u have but a few seconds to break loose, so ur technique isnt true for every play. as for finding the weakness in the zone coverage: leave that for the coach n just run ur route, it was given to u for a reason
