She had a perfect alto voice. Just beautiful. So mellow, like 30 year old Scotch. I never understood why they were considered so saccharrine, they were clearly so musically amazing. It's immediately evident.

That girl was so gorgeous and healthy looking at nineteen years old. Check out the video of her in 1969 when she was playing the drums to "Dancing in the street". Talk about hot! What transpired over the next fourteen years went beyond tragic! WHY?

Tony Paluso is one of the most underrated guitarists of all time, I love his fuzz guitar sound. Now here's something you can all laugh at - when I was a kid (four or five) I thought Karen was singing "Colin octopus's interplanetary craft"! |
