13 relatives of OBL accompanied by bodyguards were allowed to leave the US on a flight chartered by the Saudi's 8 days after the 911 terrorist attacks not the next day. Being a relative of OBL is not a crime & there was no legal justification for detaining them for more than 72 hrs. They were, however, investigated & interviewed by the FBI before their departure.
