He's not a kid, he was 21 yrs old, and this happened a year ago. So now he's 22.

"They could just handcuff the KID and drag him out like they ALWAYS do"
That IS what they did. They tried to walk him out and he pushed away, so one tried to carry him out and he pushed away again, then they tried to cuff him, but he was lying on the ground, twisting his body and holding onto a chair (you can see it in the video) so they couldn't get 1 of his arms behind his back. They told him to let his arm behind his back a number of times before zapping him just long enough to cuff him.

Oww yeah wikipedia that place on the internet where u can find truthfull information!
Look i dont care about this kid, and i dont care about Kerry.. i just say freedom of speech in an sarcastic funny way. But all you wiseguys talk about is "Disorderly Conduct Trespassing" blabla some rules that weight the same as pissing against a tree. They could just handcuff the KID and drag him out like they ALWAYS do. It's a stupid mistake from both sides.
Peace

PsykoPaT85, if you haven't seen it I'd recomend watching the video titled WUFT Video Andrew Meyer. It starts when the Police are removing him for disrupting the forum, pushing people out his way, yelling cursing at Kerry while trying to get to the mic AFTER the QA had been announced to be over. He was ordered to leave he refused. That's Disorderly Conduct Trespassing. ACCENT made the forum rules clear to everyone reminded Meyer of them as they were escorting him to the mic at Kerrys

PsykoPaT85 cont...)...request instead of throwing him out as they should have. While at the mic Meyer CHOSE to ignore ALL of the forum rules ACCENT chose to exercise their right to enforce those rules by cutting the mic. The Officers were simply removing him, NOT arresting him. Not until his actions warrented it. He CHOSE to resist that lawful removal tried to get others to interfere with the Police. That's laws 3 4 he broke that day. Resisting an Officer Inciting a Riot.

"Funny how they tell you to express yourself. say whatever you want. And when we do, we're shut down"
He whined like a bitch, then apologized afterwards to avoid trial and being convicted of anything. Hardly ballsy.
And NOTHING happened to him for expressing himself. He was allowed to the mic even though the forum was over and he BLEW it. Actually standing there and confidently asking questions without losing his cool (or purposely getting kicked out) would have been FAR more admirable.
redrumrob (October 6, 2008 at 10:23 pm)
LOL if you call breaking no less than 4 laws, ALL of the forum rules the Students Code of Conduct just to pull off a prank "ballsy" you have a really screwed up view of what it takes to have real fortitude.
screwmichaelmoore (October 6, 2008 at 9:39 pm)
So if he starts talking about blowjobs in an ACADEMIC LEARNING ENVIRONMENT, and they kick him out, just like they would do if he said it in a classroom, you whine about freedom of speech. I bet if this guy had screamed, "Fuck you, John Kerry, you stupid Jew kike", you'd STILL be calling it a freedom of speech issue.

What a ballsy thing to do. Funny how they tell you to express yourself. say whatever you want. And when we do, we're shut down. My hats off to this kid. Mad respect. |
